What these terms cover
These terms cover the platform at app.arrowgroupconsulting.com: the app that people sign in to, and the public pages it serves, such as forms, applications, unsubscribe pages and shared links. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
If you are a client and have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement comes first wherever the two differ. A client’s own website and services are covered by that client’s terms, not these.
Who runs the platform
Arrow Group Consulting, a marketing agency in Michigan, USA, runs the platform for its clients. A page you see may carry a client’s name and logo. The client decides what its forms ask and what its emails say.
Forms, applications and shared links
- Give true information, and only information you have the right to give. If you give details about someone else, such as a reference or a spouse or partner, make sure they know.
- Do not send spam, harmful files or anything unlawful through a form. Do not try to overload or break the pages. Automated submissions are blocked, thrown away, or set aside for a person to check.
- An application you sign on the platform is passed to the organization you applied to. Whether it accepts you is its decision, not ours.
- A private link to a report, an invoice, an email preview or a file is meant for the person it was sent to. Anyone who has the link can open it, so pass it on only to people who should see it. If a link reached you by mistake, tell whoever sent it.
Accounts
- Accounts are by invitation. Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
- Use the platform only for the organizations and tools you were given access to.
- Send email and text messages only to people who agreed to hear from the organization. The platform honors every unsubscribe and opt-out. Do not work around them.
- Do not upload anything you have no right to use.
- We can suspend an account that puts the platform, a client or the public at risk.
Email and text messages
Emails and text messages sent through the platform come from the organization named in the message. That organization is responsible for what it sends. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
Texting was not switched on when these terms were last updated. When a client uses it: message frequency depends on the organization. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Names, logos and content
The names, logos and content on a client’s pages belong to that client. Do not copy or reuse them without its permission. The platform itself belongs to Arrow Group Consulting.
How reliable it is
We work to keep the platform running and its numbers right. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. It is provided as it is, and we may change or remove a feature.
Reports are our best count. Email opens and clicks in particular are estimates, because mail apps and security scanners can hide them or imitate them.
Our responsibility to you
As far as the law allows, Arrow Group Consulting is not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses nobody could have expected, that come from using the platform’s public pages. Nothing in these terms takes away a right that the law says cannot be taken away.
Privacy

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the platform after a change, the new terms apply.
