The terms that apply when you use the online forms of Alpha Omega Safety Solutions, or receive our emails or text messages.

About these terms

Alpha Omega Safety Solutions (“AO Safe”, “we”, “us”) is a safety training company that runs electrical safety, CDL and other safety training classes, at 155 S. Main Street Unit 528, Mt. Clemens, MI 48046. Alpha Omega Safety Solutions is a business name of SPE Utility Contractors, LLC. Arrow Group Consulting operates our online forms, email and text messaging on our behalf.

By using our forms or signing up for our messages you agree to these terms. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Using our forms

  • Give information that is true and that is yours to give.
  • Sending a form is a request. On its own it does not reserve a seat in a class, enroll you in training or create a contract.
  • Our forms are not a way to reach emergency services. In an emergency, call 911.
  • Do not send spam, automated submissions or anything meant to disrupt the forms.

We work to keep the forms available, but they can be down at times. If a form will not send, call us at 517-499-9936.

Email

If you give us your email address we use it to reply to you, to send what you asked for, and to send reminders, news and invitations. Every news, invitation and reminder email carries an unsubscribe link.

SMS Terms

  • Program. AO Safe text messages, from Alpha Omega Safety Solutions.
  • What we send. Class reminders, schedule changes, replies to your questions and occasional training announcements.
  • How you join. In one of two ways: tick the optional box on an aosafe.com form that offers one, then confirm by texting START to our number; or text us first, and we will reply. Ticking the box on its own is only a request: we do not text you until you have confirmed.
  • How often. Message frequency varies.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile plan decides what a text costs you. We do not charge for them.
  • To stop. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will get one message confirming it, and no more after that unless you text START to join again.
  • For help. Reply HELP for help, or call 517-499-9936 or email info@aosafe.com.
  • Your choice. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
  • Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts go to U.S. mobile numbers, and delivery depends on your carrier and your phone.
  • A new number. If you change or give up your mobile number, text STOP from it first or tell us, so that its next owner does not get our texts.
  • Privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
