Who we are
Alpha Omega Safety Solutions (“AO Safe”, “we”, “us”) is a safety training company that runs electrical safety, CDL and other safety training classes. Alpha Omega Safety Solutions is a business name of SPE Utility Contractors, LLC. Our business address is 155 S. Main Street Unit 528, Mt. Clemens, MI 48046, and our phone number is 517-499-9936.
Arrow Group Consulting operates our online forms, email and text messaging on our behalf. Arrow handles your information for AO Safe, to run these services, and not for its own purposes.
This policy covers what reaches Arrow: the forms on aosafe.com, which our website sends to Arrow, the visit counting on that website, and the emails and text messages we send through Arrow. Our website also publishes its own privacy policy. Services run by other companies, such as social media and video, and the storm roster text line described on our website, which is a separate program, are not covered by this one.
What we collect
We collect what you give us, and a small amount of information that is recorded automatically.
The forms on aosafe.com
- Contact details. Your name and email address, and your phone number and organization where the form asks for them.
- What you ask or tell us. Depending on the form: the kind of organization or person you are, your role, the training or service you are interested in, how you heard about us, and your message.
- CDL registration. The payment option you chose, whether you hold a commercial learner's permit, and your answer to the optional photo and video release.
- Near-miss reports. The date and location of the event, the type of hazard, your description of what happened and what could have prevented it, and, on the event version of the form, whether you entered the giveaway.
- MMEA member form. Your confirmation that you represent an MMEA member organization.
- Job applications. The position you applied for, and a link to the résumé you uploaded. The résumé file itself is kept by our website's file storage, not on Arrow's systems.
- Sent with the form. Which form it was, the page it was on, and the labels our website attaches so that the right staff see it.
Your email address, the emails we send you and your replies. We also record whether each email was delivered, whether it was opened, which links were clicked, and whether you unsubscribed.
Text messages
Your mobile phone number, the texts we send you and the texts you send us. We keep a record of when you asked for texts, when you confirmed, and when you opted out.
Page visits
The pages of aosafe.com count visits without using cookies. A random ID stored in your browser tells one visit from the next. We record the page you opened, the website that sent you, any campaign tag on the link you followed, your approximate location (country and city), your network provider, and your type of device and browser. Your IP address is not stored with these visit records, and they are not linked to your name. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, no visit is recorded.
Other forms
Any other form on our website that is sent to Arrow collects what you type into it.
How we use it
- To answer you and to act on what you sent us: an enquiry, a training registration, a near-miss report or a job application.
- To send you the emails and text messages you asked for or that relate to what you sent us: replies to your enquiry, class reminders and schedule changes, and newsletters and training announcements.
- To keep a record of your choices, such as an unsubscribe or a STOP.
- To see how our forms and messages are doing, using totals such as visits, opens and clicks.
- To keep spam and abuse out of our forms.
Text messages (SMS)
We text you only if you asked us to. You can ask by ticking the optional box on an aosafe.com form that offers one and then confirming by texting START to our number, or by texting us first. The full rules are in the SMS Terms section of our Terms & Conditions.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, or text-message opt-in data and consent, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your mobile number and your messages pass through our text messaging provider and the mobile carriers so that the messages can be delivered. That is the only reason they receive them.

Who can see your information
- AO Safe staff.
- Arrow Group Consulting staff who work on AO Safe's account.
- The companies whose systems carry it for us: Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage), Resend (email delivery) and Twilio (text message delivery), together with the mobile carriers. They handle it to provide their service.
- A court or government agency, if the law requires us to hand it over.
When you send a form on aosafe.com, our website passes your answers to Arrow. They are saved in AO Safe's form inbox on Arrow's systems, and an alert carrying them is emailed to the AO Safe and Arrow staff who handle them.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Your information is kept on Arrow's systems, which run on Cloudflare, behind a staff sign-in. No online system can be guaranteed secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
We have no fixed schedule for deleting it. AO Safe keeps your information for as long as it needs it for the purpose it was given, and will delete it on request where it can. Some records have to stay so that we can honor your choices, for example the record that you opted out of texts.
Your choices
- Email. News, invitations and reminders carry an unsubscribe link. Use it and they stop.
- Text messages. Reply STOP at any time. Reply START to join again.
- A copy, a correction or deletion. Call 517-499-9936, email info@aosafe.com or write to us at 155 S. Main Street Unit 528, Mt. Clemens, MI 48046, and tell us what you would like.
- Page visits. Turn on “Do Not Track” in your browser and visits are not recorded.
Children
Our online forms and text messages are intended for adults. The forms do not ask for your age and do not check it.
If you believe a child has sent us information through one of these forms, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
